Licensed agents · Hampton Roads only
Join Fit Realty
This page is for agents who already hold a license. If you are buying or selling a home, use Connect instead.
How it works
- You keep your book.
- A license can move the same day, not next month.
- Hampton Roads only: Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Isle of Wight, and the Peninsula (Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, York).
- Brian Simon is the principal broker. He has worked in Hampton Roads for more than 20 years.
- Talk to the office: (757) 500-8803.
- The Custom Homes of Virginia showroom is in the same building. That is how a Fit agent can help a buyer who wants to build, not only buy a house that is already up.
The application lives on the recruiting site. This page does not collect it.
Where to go
agents.fit is the recruiting site. That form is the one that reaches the office.
